Jennifer was born and raised in New York and began her finance career after moving to Florida over 20 years ago. She has extensive experience building and leading accounting and human resources departments across legal, technology, and professional services organizations. Jennifer specializes in financial management, payroll, HR operations, compliance, and process development, with a passion for creating efficient systems that support company growth and strengthen positive workplace culture. Throughout her career, she has successfully led cross-functional initiatives, implemented operational improvements, and helped organizations scale through strategic leadership, strong communication, and a people-first approach.

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with family, friends her forever pup Kaden James, and most importantly her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter.
